Data collected

This service asks for no account and no email address. It only stores what you type: the event name, place, information, slots and the names of the people who sign up. This data is only used to run the sheet and can be seen by anyone who has the link. Your browser keeps locally (localStorage) the keys that let you remove your sign-up or manage your sheet. No cookies, no advertising trackers; we only count the number of sheets created and sign-ups per day, with no personal data. Retention: a sheet is deleted automatically 30 days after the last activity (never earlier than a week after the last slot), and at the latest 90 days after it was created; the organiser can delete it at any time from their private link. Anonymous statistics are kept for 90 days. For any request (access, deletion), contact us via netdamix.be.

Partners

The “Local partner” box is a sponsored link to a shop or service. Clicking it takes you to their website, which has its own privacy policy.
