What can I use it for?
The sports club bar
Football, basketball, tennis, hockey… Create one slot per match or per half day, with two or three places. Parents sign up from the team group and you can see the gaps in the rota straight away.
The school fair or fête
Face painting, hook-a-duck, till, barbecue, setting up and tidying away: one role per row, one- or two-hour slots, and everyone picks what suits them.
The car boot sale, Christmas market or tournament
Welcoming stallholders, parking, pancakes, refereeing… The sheet prints as a PDF to put up on the day with everyone’s names.
Opening hours and rotas
A charity’s opening hours, opening a hall, car-sharing turns, looking after a community garden: anything that can be split into slots with a number of places.
Frequently asked questions
Do volunteers need to create an account?
No. They open the link, pick a free slot and enter their name. That’s it.
Can I limit the number of places per slot?
Yes. Each slot has a number of places: once it’s full, nobody else can sign up for it.
Can a volunteer cancel their sign-up?
Yes, from the same phone. The organiser can also remove any sign-up from their private link.
Can I print the rota?
Yes, the rota with the names can be printed or saved as a PDF to put up at the bar or on the day of the event.
How long is the data kept?
The data is temporary: the sheet is deleted 30 days after the last activity, never earlier than a week after the last slot, and at the latest 90 days after it was created. No cookies.
